Children listen to Time for Bed, Sleepyhead! and identify the rhyming patterns. They then choose rhyming words with which to write fun and silly couplets.

What can stories teach us?

Workshop length: 1 hour
Using Time for Bed, Sleepyhead!, children are challenged to identify the message and main themes of the story. They then complete a fun art project to create their own sun as a reminder of why sleep is important.
